ACCOMMODATIONS: Master: King size bed Guest room 1: 2 Full size beds Guest room 2: Bunk bed with 1 Full size bed, 1 Twin size bed, 1 Twin size trundle The main level features an open floor plan encompassing a living area equipped with a Smart TV for streaming your favorite movies or shows. The dining area boasts seating for six at the table and an additional four at the bar, complementing a well-equipped kitchen. A half bath completes this level. Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom includes a sitting area, desk, and private bathroom. The large ensuite bathroom includes a double vanity, bathtub, and a separate walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms share a full bath with a tub/shower combo. Our garage game room is the ultimate hangout spot, featuring comfy seating, a massive 75” smart TV, classic arcade games, modern gaming systems, a putting mat for friendly competitions, and a collection of yard games that keep the fun going indoors and out. It’s a space designed for all‑ages play and easy, all‑day enjoyment. Parking for 2 vehicles is available in the driveway. Situated near the Canal and just minutes from the pristine white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, our home in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama, promises loads of enjoyment for all! DETAILS & AMENITIES To make your vacation packing easier, we provide extra amenities around the house including body wash, shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, dish soap and dishwasher detergent, hair dryers, and more! Nestled within Sunset Villas, our home features a communal pool with sun deck and plenty of lush green space for spending time with your beloved friends and family. Additionally, you'll enjoy access to the scenic Wolf Bay, complete with a charming small beach, perfect for launching a kayak, basking in the sun, or simply unwinding while taking in the breathtaking sunrise or sunset. For convenient beach access, we recommend exploring Cotton Bayou Public Beach Access situated within a short 3-mile radius of this property. MONTHLY RENTALS Monthly Rentals are available. Amenities provided In addition to a fully stocked house, we also provide: -Beach gear: Cart, tent, toys, chairs -Shampoo/Conditioner (Men's, Women's, Children's) -Body Wash (Men's, Women's, Children's) -Dish soap -Dishwasher detergent -Laundry detergent & dryer sheets -Starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags Owners closet There is a locked closet in the master bedroom for storage of supplies. Please do not attempt to access this area. Damage If you notice something is damaged upon arrival or if something breaks during your stay, please alert us immediately. No Smoking This includes cigarettes, vape pens, or marijuana. There will be a $500 fine is smoking occurs on the property. Trash Collections days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Please place all trash inside the can and not on ground. A service will come by to roll the garbage can to the curb the day before and will roll it back to the house on pick up day. Neighborhood It consists of rental properties as well as full time residents. Please be mindful of the neighbors while enjoying the home. Parking 2 vehicles fit in the driveway. There is additional guest parking four houses down by the pool. Please do not park on the grass or block the sidewalks. Cameras We do have cameras outside the property to monitor things when guests are not staying at the house. Cleaning You paid a cleaning fee as part of your booking which includes routine turnover items. If the property is left excessively dirty or check out rules not followed, it could require an additional cleaning fee. Check out procedures -Do not strip beds. The cleaning crew will do so. -Please place all used towels on the floor of the bathroom. -Empty fridge, cabinets, and pantry of all food items you brought or purchased. -Take out trash from the house. -Check the house for all personal belongings. Any left belongings will need to be claimed within 7 days and payment for return shipping sent upfront. -Please lock back double doors. Do not lock the door between the garage and house. Please exit through the front door, leaving the handle unlocked, while using the provided code to lock deadbolt. Notice: All guests at the property agree to hold the property owner, hosts, and all contractors harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the use of the property. This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur on the property. Renters acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests while on the premises. The property owner, hosts, and contractors shall not be held liable for any incidents or damages resulting from the use of the property, its amenities, or the surrounding area. We are not responsible for belongings left after the check-out time.
